Our company uses UPS and USPS shipping methods. Most products are shipped from our location in New Hampshire. For in-stock items, we can typically ship the same day, but it could take 1-3 business days for your order to ship.
We offer free shipping on orders of $150 or more.

The free shipping offer is only valid within the continental United States. Free shipping orders will be shipped using the method of our (Slypner Gear's) choice. If you require a specific method, please contact us at 800-759-7637.
Returns
All returns should be shipped to the address below within 30 days of purchase.

- Returns should be accompanied with a copy of the sales receipt.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returned items must be in unused/new condition.
- Items being returned must also be in the original packaging/ have its original tags (undamaged).
If we receive any item(s) that is/are dirty, damaged, in used condition, or not in its original packaging, a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.
